Return/Refund Policy

If you have ANY issues with your order whatsoever, please just contact us directly at and include your order #, we will take care of the issue at hand right away for you. Our legal return policy is below but again, contact us before anything and we will make it as easy as very possible for you.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective, or is unopened and has not been used. If you receive a defective item or need to make a return, please contact us at with details of the product and the defect or issue at hand. A customer service representative will review your case and provide instructions on how to return or exchange the item. ONCE APPROVED by a customer service rep you will be assigned an RMA #, please write this number on the box or shipping label so we can identify it when it arrives back to us, and ship all returns to the following address:

Once we receive the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
